I am finally at the point in my life where I listen to my body, heart, mind, AND gut, so I can truly live in alignment.

I am positive that many mental health issues are rising due to the disconnect of mind, body, and SOUL.
The latter is probably the most neglected.
We live in a world where outside appearances and job performances dictate how successful and cool we are as people.
P-er-leeeeeeeeeease it is all a load of BS.
The sooner you realise your worth is not rated by your productivity, qualifications, or how much you earn, the BETTER.
Society doesn’t do a good job of seeing our souls.
Society doesn't quite give a sh*t about it.
This chewed me up and overwhelmed me so much that I suffered from psychosis and a mental breakdown.
Today, I open up about the steps I took to reconnect with what mattered most: my soulwork. And NO, it isn’t about finding your “purpose” blablabla. It is real and easy peasy.
