There is a talking therapist in Derbyshire, UK, and she has started to offer a service where she walks with you somewhere in the Peak District while you start to unpack what is on your mind. This approach has been really well received and it can only be practical reasons why it hasn’t been tried more before. I’m aware that this summit is online and that’s great, but I just wanted to make you aware of what seems to me to be a straightforward way to bring new vitality to just walking on your own, doing yoga on your own, or doing therapy online. Sometimes, for loneliness, if someone is feeling really stuck, something new may be needed and I just wanted to suggest a more dynamic idea that could be adapted to suit all your own personal suites of abilities that you can kick around and consider ❤️

Hi Sarah, thanks for sharing. I have heard of the "walk and talk" method!

When we are moving, our brains, bodies, and hearts can digest and configure emotions better. As a yoga teacher for the past 7 years, I have also done something similar with my students before, where we would coach and then practice yoga afterwards for the conversation to fully work its magic...

Now onto our live ONLINE summit: There is a power to bring people together from alllllllllllll over the world who are healing and honouring their self-care. Have you ever done group meditation before?? This summit isn't just another TED Talk, it is an opportunity for us all to gather and rewire our minds, bodies, and hearts for self-love, healing, and authentic living.

Empowering tools and expert guidance will help us all thrive and FEEL ALIVE: I will also be leading us through short Qigong, Meditation, Tapping, Yoga, Dancing sessions after each talk of 45 mins to suit the lessons and feel the real energy move through our body for REAL growth in momentum.
