Grace, you have a way of making me smile. Thank you. Have a blessed day. I have been trying to detach myself from some things that simply occupy my time but do not bring any meaning or fulfillment. Thank you for the reminder.
James, you made my day ๐ I love how I have the power to make people smile even through my writing. My t-shirt today says โsmile like you mean itโ hehe.
What are examples of these time consumers you've been detaching yourself from?
There are some TV shows that, while I enjoy them, I have already watched, and they have become guilty pleasures to rewatch entire series again.
I am disciplining myself to get up earlier to be more productive, which means that lazy time in bed, which is non-productive, no longer has a place in my life.
I am also trying to eliminate idle conversation that does not edify or lift people up, but only has a negative impact on them, if any at all.
This may not seem like a lot, but with your message to open the way to more and bigger things, who knows what else can happen!
It DOES seem a lot, so don't belittle yourself there James!! I know that feeling with binging shows, hence why I'm coming UpTo nearly a year without watching any TV or anything... Wow crazy, didn't realize this until now ๐ not to say it's bad - watch them guilt-free and know if they make you happy, then that's ok!
Idle conversation: totally with you. Being a listener and conveyer/reflector is now my duty. No more "trying" to lift others up, but doing so in my smile, presence and actions.
๐ฅน๐ฅน๐ฅนwhat a beautiful picture 'โa passing breeze of infinite freedom and joyโ wow just how I felt when practicing sunset yoga today with the beautiful breeze! Glad you felt it!
Hahaha you KNOW IT girl! Miss you hereโฆ but loved our conversations that led me to where I am now. Btw I'm also lovingly consciously attached to cacao rn ๐

Detachment is so powerful. Thank you Grace for that.
It's ๐๏ธ Arek! Thanks for reading
Detachment goes hand in hand with surrender. Be in the flow makes it easier to lead a happy life life.
Exactly. Let go and flow ๐ that's it Lin!
